Directions for banana doodles recipe

Step 1: Slice a banana into thin slices and spread it on your baking sheet. Leave the slices no longer than 1/3 of the cookie sheet width, as they will expand when rising.

Step 2: Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

Step 3: After 15 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven and add any toppings of your choice. I used chia seeds, goji berries, and raw cacao powder. You can use fresh or dry fruits (banana would also be a good addition).
