Cauliflower Steak Recipe: 9 Amazing Serving Ideas Of It

The cauliflower steak recipe is a gluten-free and paleo-friendly dish that can be made in less than 30 minutes. A cauliflower steak is a healthy delicacy. Cut it up into 1-inch thick slices and you’ll have your platter of healthy, crispy “steaks” that are tender on the inside, caramelized on the outside, and perfect for dipping in sauces or smothering with toppings! They’re like low-carb breaded cauliflower fries. But better. And much healthier.

This recipe uses a cast iron skillet for caramelizing. You can also use a large non-stick skillet if you prefer. I like to make these in the oven, which is even healthier because you’re using very little oil to cook them. I’m not covering this in cheese like most recipes, either.
