- 2 cup green chilli (jaggayya).
- 2 cup coriander.
- 1 inch ginger.
- 2 tblsp mustard oil (optional).
- Salt as per taste.
- 1 onions (finely chopped).
- Tomatoes (finely chopped).

Step 1: Wash and chop both the green chillies in coarsely size with skin. Wash and chop the coriander with stem, wash dry and finely chopped it along with green chillies.
Step 2: Add green chillies and coriander in to a mixing bowl, add little salt in it, add water as per necessity. Heat mustard oil in heavy bottomed vessel(pot), add finely chopped onion pieces to it.
Step 3: Add boiling water to the vessel, wait for two minutes. Add chopped tomatoes, green chillies and coriander in to it.
Step 4: Add salt and cook it in medium flame, cook till oil separates from the mixture. Grind ginger, green chilli and coriander with the mixture obtained after cooking.
Step 5: After grinding whole chillies and coriander mix it in to the cooked onion and tomato gravy. Add sugar, vinegar and salt as per taste.
