- 2 oz bacon
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 large onion
- 4 medium carrots
- 6 stalks celery
- 2 cups water
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 tbsp parsley or coriander or dill, chopped fresh!
