Directions method for Kaddu Paneer Recipe
Step 1: Grind the Daalchini flakes with water and keep them aside. Then grind the cooked pumpkin in the blender. Now fry 1 chopped onion in a little oil; add to it 1/2 cup of this blended pumpkin puree, salt, and coriander leaves. Cook till the mixture thickens and becomes dry.
Step 2: Now add all the spices & cook for a few seconds (red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, amchur powder, or mango powder). Add half a cup of warm water. Just be careful that it should not boil to make the gravy creamy.
Step 3: Now add the grated paneer, grated cheese, and sliced potatoes to it and mash them well. Continue to cook over low heat; if it becomes too dry, just add a little water.
Step 4: Heat oil in a separate pan; add the ground Daalchini paste; when it becomes crisp, pour into the Kaddu paneer mixture. Mix well and take off the heat.
Step 5: Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and slices of green chilies. Serve with fresh roti, paratha, or steamed rice.
