  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 pieces dried bay leaves
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

  1. Soak the Kadyos in water for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  2. In a pot, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook until browned on all sides.
